KAJIAN DAMPAK FLUKTUASI HARGAMINYAK KELAPA SAWIT DUNIATERHADAP HARGA TANDAN BUAH SEGAR DI TINGKAT PETANI

Abstract


The study was conducted in September 2016 - July 2017 in INSTIPER Yogyakarta and Sumber Harapan village of Asahan district. This research is a non-experiment research. This study aims to determine what factors affect the price of palm oil world, to know what policies appear related to CPO exports as the effect of fluctuations in the price of palm oil, to know how the relationship of palm oil prices with the price of TBS and how the pattern sale of FFB at the farm level.The research was conducted by using descriptive research method with correlational study type. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach. The analysis used in this research is correlation analysis and regression analysis.The result of research indicate that factors influencing world MKS price are MKS production factor, MKS consumption factor, MKS endstock value condition factor, soybean oil price factor as substitution material from MKS and crude oil price factor. The impact of the world MKS price fluctuation on Indonesia related to export policy is the enactment of some minister of finance (PMK) regulations related to export duty. In addition to the export duties, the government has also established a palm oil palm plantation management agency (BPDPKS) with funding sources derived from every ton of exports made by Indonesia related to export commodities of MKS. From the correlation test, there is a strong correlation on the price of MKS with the price of FFB. The pattern of sale of FFB at farmer level in Sumber Harapan village is farmer - palm agent - palm factory (PKS) with average margin year 2014 Rp 150, 2015 Rp 160 and year 2017 Rp 170.
