ANALISA MINYAK HILANG SELAMA PROSES PENGOLAHAN CPO AKIBAT LAMA PEREBUSAN TANDAN BUAH SEGAR
Abstract
This research to determine the appropriate boiling time of Fresh Fruit Bunch (TBS) with determining oil losses during processes of Palm Oil. This research conducted in PT Hutahaean Riau. Research data was taken at random sample from pressing waste, nut, empty bunch and condensate from boiller. Dat a was plotted at graphical the influences of boiling time to variables treatment. Result of this research was indicated that pure oil in CPO was influenced the boiling time. The result showed also that oil losses were obtained from pericarp, nut, empty bun ch and condensate. Total oil losses was proportionally with boiling time. Oil losses in pericarp 0,76% to 0,91% in nut, 0,12 % to 0,18% in empty bunch 0,25% – 0,88% and in condensate 0,12% – 0,69% from FFB.
